In this evolution of JRPGs, real-time actions enhance the heart of turn-based combat. Craft unique builds for your Expeditioners that fit your playstyle via gear, stats, skills, and character synergies. Open an active dimension in combat - dodge, parry, and counter in real time, chain combos by mastering attack rhythms, and target enemy weak points using a free aim system.

I've never written a review about a game but I feel this game deserved one and I really hope someone of them gonna read. This is by far the best game I've played in the decade, gaming industry has been so boring lately, few exception maybe, but this game keep playing for hours and hours. Fantastic and emotional storyline, immersive gameplay, great character and fantastic combat system. Please keep developing this game.

The best jrpg I ever played. Love the qte during combat. Already put over 10 hours and I just been leveling up due to how fun the combat is. If you're into rpg. I would say you own it to your self to play this game.

Such an amazing game, turn based combat has always been a plus for me ever since I was little. This game perfected everything about it, dodge, counter, jumping, literally everything. GOTY in my opinion, and the story is just absolutely insane. This game will be in my top fav games of all time!

Phenomenal game, really recommend if you like Persona or Final Fantasy play style. As for music it's VERY WELL DONE, sometimes I just sit and relax with the music in the background, the notes and the mood it sets it's on point so it almost breaks you down to tears. Also the dodge,parry,block abilities is a neat feature and hopefully other devs follows this kind of play style.

Beautiful game with a gripping story and fun gameplay. I've enjoyed every minute of the game.

I really have to commend the great voice acting performances.

The biggest negative isn't a problem for me but some might take issue with the Unreal Engine shine on skin.

Really enjoying this one so far. Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is stunning—like playing through a dream or a painting. The visuals are insane, the world is super atmospheric, and the combat is surprisingly deep for a turn-based system. It rewards timing and strategy, and I’ve had a lot of fun trying out different builds.

Story’s a bit cryptic at times, but in a good way—it keeps you curious without spoon-feeding everything. The pacing feels solid, and even after 40 hours I’m still discovering new stuff.

If you’re into stylish RPGs with great combat, a unique world, and a bit of mystery, I definitely recommend giving it a shot.
